Who spends more time in jail?

With today's developments, does Scooter see the inside of a cell for longer than Paris?

Scooter won't do a single day, assuming the judge allows him to be free during appeal.

His lawyers will drag out the appeals, etc. until January 19 2009 at which point Chimpenführer pardons him.

The strategy is to run out the clock, and it will work.
