Rules--"Winning" the War

THE PRESIDENT: Absolutely, we're winning.

As Rousing Rabble has pointed out, we have no definition of "winning" and no clear concept of either a workable goal or a strategy to obtain the same. We have a ghoulish, deadly game of--Calvinball.
