The "media bias" is my attempt at sarcasm. In Bush v. Kerry 2004 the top 100 newspapers by circ. endorsed 50/50. If there is a bias some outlets may lean a little left but not far enough to balance Fox and ABC.

And Jim, the only claims I've heard about media sitting on this story refer to newspapers in Foley's district. Not sure what to make of them as one of the papers is usually very agressive with investigative reporting.; Wednesday, October 04, 2006 4:10:00 PM

1) I don't see anything actionable here under common law concepts such as defamation. The harm is not particularized sufficiently to any person (including groups within that)to give rise to a cause of action.
