Trying to listen to Torture Boy

TB just said, in response to a softball question by Orrin Hatch, that the president has the authority to conduct warrantless searches, consistent with the fourth amendment...

Ummm...

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Hmmm.

Doc,
Appreciation of the fourth amendment is only obtainable to those who read it (ALL the way through- not just the first line) and understand the multiple-syllable words.
