They make an interesting argument actually. I don't think it will fly, but it's interesting.

In any case, clip-n-save this for future reference the next time some pig person starts going on about the "liberal" ACLU.

Agreed, Schmidlap, but remember that was the PLEA-they dropped the kinky peeping tom stuff in the plea agreement.

They raise interesting points, but--those were points to be raised IN PLEADINGS or AT TRIAL, not for excusing a KNOWING GUILTY PLEA.
