I've wondered about Rodin's famous sculpture. Is he engaged in deep thought or sitting around wasting time? And why isn't he wearing pants? I ask the same of myself. Here we comment on well, mostly politics. Or we may just sit! If you like it, tell a friend. If not, tell us, but please read the GROUND RULES before you do.

Studs was the voice of working class America. The voice of the voiceless, the voice of the common man. He lived a full life, and I have to think, wherever he may be, he is pleased but not surprised with this election; especially since it had its beginnings in his own backyard.
Long may you run, Studs.
Unlike many who cut their teeth on the politics of the 1950s and 1960s, Studs remained a relevant voice for progressism through the dawn of a new millenium. While we will miss his energy and incisiveness moving forward (in much the same way that we miss Molly Ivins) Studs too has left us with more than enough wisdom from which to draw in the coming years. STUDS ROCKED!
