So the ex-cheerleader is going to anchor the CBS Evening News. Yippee.
What I want to know is--WHO WATCHES THE EVENING NEWS?????

I've wondered about Rodin's famous sculpture. Is he engaged in deep thought or sitting around wasting time? And why isn't he wearing pants? I ask the same of myself. Here we comment on well, mostly politics. Or we may just sit! If you like it, tell a friend. If not, tell us, but please read the GROUND RULES before you do.

Well, I think she gets a job on "60 Minutes" which is still somewhat prestigious.
I think it's a shame. I'm a big fan...she puts the "F" in "MILF" for me. But I'll hardly ever see her at 5:30.
I also don't think it's playing to her strong suit. When she's just straight reading the news, she's a bore. What has made her a bazillion dollars so far is her personality, which won't be on display.
But I'm betting she's tired of getting up at 3:30am every day, so, whatever.
I have nothing against her, I just can't imagine who sits down for 22 minutes of news at 5:30 CDT.
Left coasters also get evening national news at 6:30. Makes for easier news viewing but hard late late viewing.
Ok, gotta get back to staring at that picture again...
Hmm, perky.
I couldn't tell you the last time I watched either the local or national news, other than on cable or on an election night. It's too far behind the time that the events are occurring.
