Ever seen anyone so happy to be arrested? Notice how bright and smiley he looks? Where's the board with the booking number?
According to CNN, he's smiling because he "knows" Ronnie Earle is just a vindictive bastard who will lose and he's not wearing numbers because the jurisdiction he got booked in no longer uses them.
