What an ass hat sort of comment. This woman lives in a reality free zone. Does she think we're all stupid? Doctors have bills to pay just like everybody else. Can they "barter" with half their patients who can't pay?? What do they then pay their employees with? Or their house payment on their summer home on the lake? Half a cow? No doctor will go for this.
