Oklahoma - #1 terrorist target, it appears. Perhaps they feel the bad guys will attack the PGA, which brings in the only people who, if blown up, would get any attention. But then again, blowing up Tiger would bring the wrath of the world on Al Queda.

More seriously, it's incredible how a culture can get so hyped up about something so remote to them. If we really needed this license plate, which we don't, maybe NYC should get the honors.
