President Bush signed an executive order Friday prohibiting cruel and inhuman treatment, including humiliation or denigration of religious beliefs, in the detention and interrogation of terrorism suspects.
NOW these things are bad?????

Well, he can't just agree to adhere to what congress says. He has to make it seem like it was all his idea.
Where's the asterisk? The one that says "only in one of the continguous 48 states, where such treatment wouldn't ordinarily occur.
