The Employee Discount

All the car makers are extending this "employee discount" to everyone, in the sales pitches. Sorry, but doesn't this just screw the employees? So assume I work for GM for 37 years and my neighbor gets the same deal as I do??? Thanks for the "discount," boss!

Its either sell cars at the employee price, or sell the employee pension.
